Woodland Escapes – Guest & Pod Policy

To ensure all guests enjoy a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that the following policies are followed at all times during your visit.

General Pod Rules

Non-Smoking Policy
All pods are strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes. Smoking inside any pod will result in additional cleaning charges.

No Parties or Gatherings
Our pods are designed for peaceful stays. Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted within the pods or surrounding outdoor areas.

Noise Policy
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Damages & Property Care
Guests are responsible for the care of the pod and its contents during their stay. Any damage to the pod, furnishings, equipment, or outdoor areas will be charged to the lead guest.

Cleaning Charges
Pods should be left in a tidy condition. Excessive mess, misuse of facilities, or failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning fees.

Check-Out Times
Guests must vacate the pod by the agreed check-out time. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.

Hot Tub Safety Rules

Where provided, hot tubs are to be used responsibly to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Use of the hot tub is at guests’ own risk

Ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use

Children must be supervised at all times around fire pits
